  • The goal is to guarantee a safe, transparent and satisfying shopping experience for customers.

2. Online Shopping

  • All orders are processed during business days (Monday - Saturday) in the order received.
  • Product prices include VAT and are accurate at the time of purchase.
  • The order is confirmed only after you are notified by the Egjeu team.
  • Aegean may cancel or modify an order in the event of stock shortage, technical error, or incorrect information.
  • To purchase online, the customer must be over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times within Albania: 24–72 hours from order confirmation.
  • Free shipping for orders over 5,000 lek. For orders under this amount:
    • 200 lek for Tirana
    • 300 lek for other cities
  • Delivery can be made:
    • At your address
    • At one of the Aegean points (Point Retreat)
  • In case of logistical delays, you will be notified immediately and can choose to cancel or wait for the order.

4. Products and Prices

  • Each product has a clear description, real photos, and technical specifications.
  • Prices include VAT and are valid at the time of publication.
  • In the event of a technical or typographical error, the customer is notified and can choose to cancel or continue the order.
  • Aegean does not guarantee the availability of any product at any time.

5. Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery is made upon receipt of the order.
  • No advance payment is required when ordering online.
  • In case of cancellation due to technical reasons or product shortage, the customer is not charged.

6. Product Replacement

  • Exchange is allowed within 10 days from the date of purchase for unused, undamaged products with original packaging.
  • Presentation of tax receipt is required.
  • In case of defect or incorrect shipment, shipping costs are covered by Aegean.
  • The change can be made:
    • In store (free)
    • From home with transportation service, according to prior agreement

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data when ordering.
  • Inaccuracies in address or contact information may cause delays in delivery; Egjeu is not responsible.
