What are the delivery prices by area (Tirana and Districts)?
The cost of transportation depends on the area you are located in:
Tirana: 200 Lekë and outside Tirana: 300 Lekë.
Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount?
Yes, for any order worth over 5,000 Lekë, shipping is free throughout Albania.
In cases where the amount is smaller, the standard fee is applied depending on the area.

What is the average delivery time for products?
Delivery time depends on the area you are located in:
Within Tirana: 24 – 48 hours from order confirmation.
In the districts: 24 – 72 hours, depending on the distance and transportation service schedules.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a notification (by email or phone) about its status. If you would like additional information, you can contact our customer service at any time.
RETURNS
Can I return a product after I have received it?
Yes, Egjeu offers the possibility of returning the product if it does not match the description or if it is defective. The product must be in unused condition and with original packaging.
