Exchange Policies and Conditions
This policy describes the conditions and method of exchanging products purchased from the website www.egjeu.al or at official Egjeu points. The goal is to provide a fair, clear and simple experience when customers wish to exchange a product.
Conditions for Change
- Egjeu offers the possibility of exchanging products within 10 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order, only for products of equal value.
- The product must meet the following conditions:
• Be unused, unwashed and undamaged
• Have the original packaging
• Be accompanied by the tax receipt / original purchase invoice and identification document
• Have undamaged labels
• Not have suffered damage during transportation or use
• In the event that the product is damaged or incorrectly sent by Aegean, the transportation costs are covered by the company.
• Identification of damage or problem must be made within the day of receiving the order
• The client must notify Egjeu by email and attach:
- Product photos
- Purchase document (tax coupon and confirmation email)
• After receiving the information, the Egjeu team will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution in the shortest possible time.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed only during business days (Monday - Saturday) and in chronological order of receipt.
- The order is considered valid only after confirmation by the Egjeu team via email or telephone contact.
- In the event of a stock shortage or technical error, Egjeu will notify the customer immediately of the change or cancellation of the order.
Delivery Deadlines
- Standard delivery times for orders within Albania are 24–72 hours from the moment of order confirmation.
- Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer during purchase or, if desired, through the "Cash on Delivery" option at one of the official points.
Transportation Costs
- 200 lek for deliveries within the city of Tirana
- 300 lek for deliveries to other cities in Albania
- Free shipping on all orders over 5,000 lek
- Shipping costs are added to the final order total at the time of confirmation.
Submission
- Carried out by logistics partners to the exact address specified by the customer
- The customer must be present or have an authorized person to receive the order.
- In case of absence or incorrect address:
• The customer loses the right to reimbursement of shipping costs.
• Return costs are deducted from the product refund.
• For redistribution, the customer pays the new shipping fee in advance

• The order can be withdrawn within 5 days, by presenting the purchase confirmation. - Home Delivery
• Delivery time: 24–72 hours
• Cost: 200 lek in Tirana and 300 lek outside Tirana
• Free shipping for orders over 5,000 lekë - In the event of a delay or postponement for logistical reasons, the customer will be notified and can choose to continue or cancel the order.
